We are a small team of trainers that are invested in YOU. Whether you're just getting into fitness, or you're a gym junkie with a Lycra obsession, we have the right program for you.

No matter if you want to get fitter, slimmer, or stronger; we will work with you to help you blitz your personal goals.

Our trainers take a holistic approach to health and are experienced in all aspects of fitness. We provideĀ specialised supportĀ in nutrition, weight loss and sports performance.

The team of trainers at Train Tuff Personal TrainingĀ understand it can be daunting to start your health and fitness journey. That's why we've put together bootcamps that are fun, engaging and suited to all levels of fitness.

Train Tuff doesn't stop at bootcamps. We also provide personal training, small group PT, food coaching, meal plans, gym programs and even hypnotherapy to help you achieve greatness in every aspect of your fitness.

Trainer - Chloe Luff

After losing 50kg after the birth of her 2nd child, Chloe decided she wanted to help others make the same positive life changes. Chloe understands the struggle with motivation, bad eating habits and the other factors that can make exercise and weight loss hard.

Chloe believes exercise should be fun, and has created group fitness sessions that everyone can enjoy. With a background in strength training, boxing and also HIIT training, Chloe plans sessions to make sure no two are alike.

Chloe is experienced in rehab fitness, obesity management and pre/post natal exercise, and can assist you with your goals, whatever they may be.
