Coconut protein balls
A no-bake snack with no carbs and only 90 calories per serve. Perfect for a post workout treat.
250ml coconut cream
4 cups ( 370g ) shredded coconut
4 scoops ( 120g ) vanilla whey protein powder
Open can of coconut cream. Whisk until smooth.
Add vanilla whey protein powder and whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add shredded coconut and mix well until the mixture is solid with no lumps.
Form ~24 balls.
Roll the balls in shredded coconut and put in the fridge to chill for an hour.
