AFL Active - It's a fun fresh program using a footy, but not requiring any footy skill! Suited to every fitness level, especially the beginner. Suitable for ages 12+
Tuff Bootcamp - It's been labeled the TUFF bootcamp for a reason! Suited to people with a medium-high level of fitness, this 60 minute session is hard work, but you'll feel great afterwards!
Boxing Bootcamp - Get your gloves on and get punching! A great cardio workout with lots of strength exercises thrown in. Use our gloves or bring your own as we have fun while also learning technique.
Bootcamp costs only $15 each session.
There are no joining fees and there's no contracts, just pay for the sessions you book. Easy.
