The Train Tuff weight loss program was started by Train Tuff coach Chloe Luff, who after reaching 118kg, failing at diets and wasting gym memberships, decided to step up and lose the weight.
After losing 50kg over a 2 year journey, and getting fit, Chloe is now a personal trainer and weight loss coach and knows first hand how to make the positive lifestyle changes to succeed in losing weight and becoming healthy.
